Membership Information

Membership is FREE to anyone who believes that business and the  environment can and should coexist. Your membership is important to us,  because it allows us to contact people located near pollution sources as we uncover activities that are negatively impacting our environment. In many circumstances taking legal action is necessary and we need to  have affected members as close to the problem as possible to facilitate smooth legal proceedings. Having registered members also allows for easier communication between you and our staff for looking into environmental problems you are aware of that we are not. Show your support for this organization by becoming a member and help promote the ideal that business and the environment can and should coexist.

Membership Form

ECO exists as a Texas Non-Profit Corporation to enforce environmental regulations, educate people regarding environmental stewardship, and enrich our environmental resources primarily through clean up efforts.

ECO believes that environment and businesses specifically industrial activities, (including construction) can and should co-exist. It is ECO's goal to employ legal strategies only in as much as they can successfully identify negligence and compel a remedy to a particular circumstance. Through our efforts it is ECO's goal to educate businesses as to their responsibilities regarding environmental stewardship. ECO will enrich our environmental resources through the natural extension of the first two goals and by various clean-up efforts.
